Within an area of 200,00 square metres, Aruba’s Global Cloud Data Center in Ponte San Pietro (BG) has a hydroelectric power plant and new-generation photovoltaic systems; it is also powered by energy certified by the Guarantee of Origin (GO) standard.

Flexible organization

We have always adopted a hybrid work policy to ensure that each person can enjoy the right balance between private and professional life. We believe that only a flexible organization can create a motivated team capable of making a difference, every day.

Solidarity canteen

Since 2022 we have been offering Matchplat staff a canteen service with ready-to-eat meals at affordable costs, without preservatives and bookable directly from an app. The service is the result of a collaboration between our partner Intervallum and Mano a Mano, a social cooperative based in Calvisano, Italy. Since 2014 Mano a Mano has guaranteed job placement to over 220 people with disabilities or from marginalised situations. A solution that combines technology and solidarity, in a truly inclusive way.

Generational mix

Starting from 2017 we have grown to a team of 70 people. We have done this with the awareness that the combination of experience and new ideas is essential for a company that wants to stand out. That’s why in the last 3 years 30% of new hires at Matchplat have been fresh graduates and students, while the average age of our staff is 40.
