Matchplat S.r.l. – Company subject to management and coordination by Mobo Holding S.r.l., taking into account that digital content sharing platforms (hereinafter social networks) have their own independent rules regarding the protection of personal data, hereby informs that it does not assume responsibility for any content (images, videos, and messages) published by users on the profiles activated by Matchplat S.r.l. – Company subject to management and coordination by Mobo Holding S.r.l. on social networks, for which it acts as administrator, if such content may be considered as infringing on individuals’ privacy, defamatory, offensive, obscene, disrespectful of religious beliefs, or otherwise unlawful under Italian or international law.

Users are therefore invited to read the privacy policies published on the social networks together with their terms of use.
